About an order

Please include your order number. It's in your confirmation email, and it helps us find your order straight away. If you have an account, sign in to see your orders and their status at any time.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
