Items from the same place share one parcel, from £3.19, and standard delivery is free on most items once a parcel reaches £40. Each product page shows when to expect it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How fast will my order arrive?
Each product page shows its arrival day before you buy. Items marked same-day dispatch leave the same day when you order by noon, Monday to Friday, and arrive 2 to 3 working days later by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Do you deliver the next day?
Yes, on personalised gifts marked "Next day available": choose next day delivery at checkout (£9.49 for their parcel) and order by noon, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the next day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next Day, Saturday included. Items marked same-day dispatch leave the day you order by noon on a weekday. Every item shows its arrival day before you buy.
What does delivery cost?
Items from the same UK warehouse, maker or lab share one parcel and one delivery price, from £3.19. At checkout each parcel lists every delivery option, cheapest first, from £3.19 for personalised gifts up to next day at £9.49. Once the items in a parcel reach £40, its standard delivery is free on most items, and a faster option costs only the difference.
Can I personalise a gift with my pet's name?
Yes. Type your pet's name, or a few words of your own, on the product page, and a UK maker makes it to order. Photo gifts work the same way with your own picture of your dog or cat. Made-to-order gifts can't be returned for a change of mind, but if one arrives damaged, faulty or not as you typed it, we remake it or refund it.
How do I choose the right size collar or harness?
Measure your dog where it will sit: round the neck for a collar, round the widest part of the chest for a harness. Leave room for two fingers under the strap. Each product page lists its sizes, and if you're between two, message us and we'll help you choose.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Yes. Add their name and address at checkout. You can also add a free e-card: we email your message to them at 8am on the first day the gift could arrive.
What is the free e-card?
A short message from you (up to 300 characters) that we email to the person you're sending the gift to, on the first day it could arrive. Add it at checkout: you just need their email address.
What are your Christmas last order dates?
Personalised gifts by noon on Tuesday 8 December, items marked standard dispatch by noon on Wednesday 9 December, and items marked same-day dispatch by noon on Thursday 17 December. Photo gifts and the other kinds have their own dates, all on our delivery page, and each product page shows whether it arrives before Christmas.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and return it unused for a refund. Personalised and photo gifts are made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Damaged or faulty items, personalised ones included, are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders, track them and save favourites for later.
How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking link when your parcel leaves the warehouse, maker or lab. If you have an account, your orders and their status are there too.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, to a home or work address. Every item can go to the Isle of Man except those marked same-day dispatch, dispatch in 1 working day or dispatched within 2 working days. We don't deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay or Link, through Stripe. Klarna lets you split the cost into 3 payments. We never see or store your card number.
