We collect what we need to deliver your order, send the e-cards you ask for and run the shop. We never sell personal data. You can see, correct or delete yours at any time.

Who is responsible
The company named in our terms of sale is the data controller for personal data collected through Buy Pet Supplies. Contact: hello@buypetsupplies.co.uk.

We don't sell or rent personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to run the shop: the UK suppliers, makers and print labs who make, pack and send your order (the delivery name, address and phone only), Royal Mail and other carriers, Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email), our hosting providers, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising and our own analytics service. Each processes data under a contract that protects it. Some process data outside the UK under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records: 6 years (tax law). Accounts: until you close them. E-card details: 90 days after sending. Reminders: until you remove them or unsubscribe. Abandoned-basket data: 30 days. Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or move it to another provider. Email hello@buypetsupplies.co.uk. Every marketing and reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
